"Discount Code Was a Tiny Checkout Tragedy"
I jumped onto Robins Kitchen because of a discount promo and was fully ready to treat myself, but the code absolutely betrayed me at checkout. The prices looked tempting at first, then suddenly the items I actually wanted were magically excluded, which was a bit dramatic in the worst way.

It’s not a terrible site or anything, and I did end up buying one item, but the promo felt misleading. I went in expecting a glorious little bargain moment and left with barely any savings.

"Shipping kind of threw me off"
I found a few things I really liked, but when I got to checkout the shipping cost was higher than I expected. Not sure if it was because of my order size or where it was going, but it made the whole thing feel less worth it. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless that changes.

"Nice updates along the way"
Really happy with how it went. I got updates when my order was packed and sent. The tracking was easy to follow too. I didn’t have to chase anything up. That was a nice change. I’d order from Robins Kitchen again.

"I ordered a pan that was listed as..."
I ordered a pan that was listed as in stock, only to be told a few days later that it actually wasn’t available. Why show it as in stock if it’s not? I ended up having to choose something else, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still kind of annoying. The site really needs more accurate stock info, because who wants to wait around just to find out they can’t get what they ordered?

"Pretty good visit, found what I needed"
I popped into Robins Kitchen to look for a new frypan and the staff were actually really helpful. The lady I spoke to asked what I usually cook and pointed out a few options that were around the price I had in mind, which made it a lot easier to decide.

The store was fairly busy, so I did end up waiting at the counter for a bit, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall it was a decent experience and I’m sure I’d go back again

"Simple site to use"
I used robinskitchen.com.au to grab a few kitchen things. It was easy to get around. Pages loaded quickly. Search worked well too. Checkout was simple and didn’t confuse me. I’d use it again.

"Quick fix for a dented pan"
So... my pan showed up with a dent, which was a bit frustrating at first. I emailed them a photo and they got back to me really quickly. No hassle, no back and forth, they just sorted a replacement. Things happen, but they handled it really well, so I’m still happy giving 5 stars.

"Pretty easy refund process"
I had to return a pan, and the whole process was way simpler than I expected. The refund showed up faster than I thought it would too, which was a nice surprise. No hassle or back-and-forth, so I’m happy with it. That’s how returns should be, right?

My order from Robins Kitchen arrived packed so nicely. The box looked a little knocked about on the outside, but everything inside was "perfect". Nothing was chipped, scratched, or damaged, and it was all wrapped really securely. I’m happy with the care they put into the packaging.

"Decent store, but not much choice lately"
I usually like shopping here and the place is easy enough to get around, but the selection felt limited this time. I went in looking for a few specific things and just couldn’t find what I needed. Hopefully they restock or bring in more options soon.

"Decent prices, but it depends"
I’ve found some good deals when things are on sale, so that part’s nice. But at full price, a few items feel kind of high to me, and then shipping ended up being more than I thought it would be. It’s still okay overall, just maybe worth comparing first before you buy, because sometimes..

Checkout was quick, the prices seemed fair, and I got order updates along the way, which I always appreciate. The parcel arrived in good shape and was packed properly, so nothing felt dodgy or rushed.

"Slow delivery and a bit careless"
I ordered from Robins Kitchen and while the items were okay once they finally arrived, the delivery took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for a few days, so I had no idea what was happening. When the package did show up, it looked like it had been handled carelessly, which was annoying. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but it didn’t give me much confidence. Not the worst experience, but definitely frustrating if you need something quickly. I’d maybe order again, but only if I’m not in a rush.
